Delete your account
From the app
Open VertixOps, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and enter your password. Your account, your cloud backup and all data on that phone are deleted right away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to info@kainapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my VertixOps account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email, phone and business information.
- Your encrypted cloud backup: clients, machines, jobs, reports, invoices, estimates, expenses and notes.
What may be kept
- Records of your consent to the Terms and subscription history, kept for up to 3 years to meet legal obligations.
- Copies in our providers’ security backups, removed on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days.
Photos and files stored only on your phone are not on our servers. They are erased when you delete your account from that phone, or when you uninstall the app.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it first. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
